LEAP: Employee volunteering programme
Access volunteers to support your organisation
LEAP is our employee volunteering programme, run by our trustee, the City of London Corporation. We appreciate the incredible commitment of voluntary organisations in supporting communities across London, and in return give our employees up to 14 hours of special paid leave each year to volunteer in support of good causes.
London charities and community organisations can access these volunteers’ expertise and enthusiasm via the LEAP volunteering programme: you’ll be asked to list your requirements and be matched with a volunteer whose skills match your needs. Support can be in person or virtually.

How to access our volunteer programme
To be eligible, your organisation must benefit a social or environmental cause within the UK and be one of the following:
- UK registered charity
- constituted group with charitable objects
- community interest company
- educational institution
- local council operating

Involving Corporate Volunteers in the work of Forget-Me-Not has really benefited our work. It raises understanding and support for what we do, and directly benefits our clients — who received some beautiful memory boxes.
