Colleagues from across City Bridge Foundation meet at the Barbican for an all-staff team day.

Meet the team

City Bridge Foundation is made up of a diverse and talented team of staff, doing very different jobs, from a Welcome Host at Tower Bridge, to a Data Analyst in our Funding Team. We are united by our values and our vision for London.

We share a passion for learning, a commitment to improving London for everyone, and a real pride in our work. When we can, we all get together, whether it’s to take part in team volunteering days, or to celebrate City Bridge Foundation at the Lord Mayors Show!

Altogether, our team consists of around 160 staff. Our work encompasses all five bridges, including Tower Bridge, alongside a wide range of funding programmes, the Social Investment Fund, the City of London Corporation’s Philanthropy Strategy, the Central Funding and Charity Management Team and the Corporate Volunteering Programme. Many staff also support the work of City Bridge Foundation with roles in administration, communications, governance, finance and more.

Our Executive Leadership Team, who manage these various programmes, are listed below. We also receive additional financial, legal, IT, and media support from staff in other departments of the City of London Corporation..
